Special arrangements can be made for bookings of two hours or more at an adjusted rate of $200 / hr.

Q. Is there an age limit to WhirlyBall?
A. Yes. WhirlyBall has a minimum age of 10 years old and a minimum height of 52".
Q. May I simply walk in and play?

Q. How many people do I need to make a reservation?
A. If booking on a per hour basis, hourly rates apply. A deposit is required to confirm each reservation. Back To Top
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Court Rental Cancellations
As a tentative reservation, the court may be canceled without penalty. Once the court time is confirmed, if you must cancel for any reason more than 7 days in advance of the event, then 50% will be charged to the credit card number on file. If we received a 50% deposit via check or cash, then that deposit is forfeited. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, then 100% will be charged to the credit card number on file. If a deposit was initially received, then the balance shall become immediately due.
Party Package Cancellations (Includes Court Time, Party/Meeting Room, Food and Beverage)
Once a Party Package has been confirmed, if you need to cancel for ANY reason within fourteen (14) days, the deposit (50% of total package) shall be non-refundable, forfeited in full and the full Party Package price shall become immediately due. Party Packages made within fourteen (14) days of an event must be paid in full upon execution of the package contract and are non-refundable. Back To Top

Food & beverages may be brought in with the rental of one of our party rooms. Alcoholic beverages require a 2 hour court/party room rental, a waiver agreement and all alcoholic beverages MUST be kept in the party/meeting room areas. Back To Top
